You are also independent in culinary terms: The integrated kitchen allows you to prepare your own meals in peace and enjoy them together. Whether it’s breakfast with a view of the countryside or dinner in the open air – the atmosphere is unique.

The difference between Krugsdorf-Wellness and Krugsdorf-Exklusiv is that Krugsdorf-Wellness has an infrared sauna, while Krugsdorf-Exklusiv has a Finnish sauna – and the equipment in Krugsdorf-Exklusiv is of a higher quality overall.

Was für ein wunderschönes Erlebnis. Wir waren 2 Nächte dort. Es war zwar etwas bewölkt und die Sterne kamen nur vereinzelt zum Vorschein. Aber es ist ein sehr gemütlich eingerichtetes Bubble Tent mit viel Liebe zum Detail und Sitzmöglichkeiten im Freien mitten in der Natur. Sehr idyllisch!

How it works
As soon as you have made your booking, you will receive an email with all the details about your arrival. There you will also find a link to your booking with all the travel details.
Check-in is possible from 3 pm and there is a free parking lot on site.
At the Bubble Hotel Krugsdorf, personal check-in takes place at the hotel reception in Krugsdorf Castle. Should any problems arise on site, you can contact the host on site at any time. You will find the contact details in the booking portal, which you will receive access to after booking.
Check-out is required by 11 a.m. and also takes place at the hotel reception in Schloss Krugsdorf; please leave the bubble tent clean.

The nearest train station for traveling by public transport is Pasewalk; from there you can either take a cab or – by prior arrangement with the host – use the Schloss Krugsdorf shuttle.

A beautiful cycle path leads past the site. You can safely park your bike on site The site can also be easily reached by bike, and you can safely park your bike on site.
Important note
Your dog can stay in the fenced-in outdoor area of the Bubble Tent site. A dog kennel is available there as a sleeping area at.Under no circumstances may you bring your dog into the Bubble Tent. You are responsible for any damage your pet causes to the Bubble Tent or the garden.

What is the difference between the Exclusive Bubble and the Wellness Bubble?
Both have a private hot tub - but the Exclusive Bubble has a Finnish sauna, while the Wellness Bubble has an infrared sauna.
Can dogs be brought along?
Yes - dogs are allowed. There is a separate dog box for your dog in the outdoor area.
Is the garden really private?
Yes, the entire area is fenced in and reserved for your use only.
Is there electricity in the bubble?
Yes, there is electricity for lights and small appliances.
What sanitary facilities are available?
An outdoor solar shower (weather permitting) and a separate toilet.
Is the area fenced in?
Yes - perfect for dogs too.
Is there heating in winter?
There are cozy electric blankets - and on frosty nights in January and February you also get a free room in the castle.
What about the catering?
You can cook for yourself in the outdoor kitchen - or eat in comfort in the castle restaurant, which is located directly on the grounds.
What ways of payment do you accept?
You can pay online with PayPal, credit card, voucher, Klarna or in advance.
Cancellation or rebooking - what is possible?
You can cancel free of charge up to 10 days before your arrival. The exact regulations depend on the tariff and general terms and conditions.
What is the difference between a location voucher and a value voucher?
Location vouchers are only valid for Krugsdorf Wellness, value vouchers can be used flexibly for all locations.
How long is my voucher valid for?
The validity is stated on the voucher and in your order confirmation.

Yes, the Bubble is perfect for romantic occasions, because the private hot tub, the sauna and the special atmosphere make for unforgettable moments for two.
Can I book additional services for my event at Schloss Krugsdorf?
Yes, Schloss Krugsdorf offers various additional services such as a breakfast buffet, restaurant visits, picnic baskets or barbecue packages to make your stay extra special.
Can I bring my own decorations for romantic moments?
You are welcome to bring your own decorations such as LED lights, flowers or small surprises, as long as they do not include an open fire.
Can I give an overnight stay in the Bubble as a gift?
Yes, this is possible with a location or value voucher or as a direct booking to the person receiving the gift.
What about staying in the rain or storm?
We monitor the weather and inform you in the event of impending storms.
Is there an emergency contact?
Yes, you will receive the contact details with the arrival information. The host can be contacted.
How does getting into the Bubble Tent work?
Very important: Only ONE zipper may be open at a time, otherwise the tent will collapse.
Are there rules for the hot tub?
Yes, the hot tub must not be heated above 40°C, and you should close the cover again after use to keep the water clean and retain the heat.
